To Achieve One-Touch Self-Service. We design internal and external processes to ensure our customers can complete a process in one sitting (one-touch) by themselves (self-service). This involves automating processes, extending value to customers, partners and other enterprises, offering personalized processes on a portable portal, creating real-time information flows and moving toward real-time electronic data capture.

To Leverage Resources. We develop reusable transversal infrastructure, data and services, use a common infrastructure backbone, leverage Web-services architecture, consolidate and standardize platforms and leverage the Internet Application Utility (IAU). At every point we maximize every resource to our advantage.

To Improve Performance and Scalability. We ensure scalability, increase reliability and security, improve data quality and enable monitoring in every system we build. Good enough is never good enough.
